These are the terms on which you use the Scaflo website and our online courses. They are meant to be readable rather than impressive, and they are short because we are not asking much of you.
The short version. The course is free. Use it for yourself, be decent to other learners, and don't pass the material on as your own. We will keep it running and keep improving it — but we cannot promise it will make your next course a success. That part is your work.

Educational material: self-paced online courses, articles and related resources. Our free course is offered at no cost and with no obligation. It is professional education, not advice about your particular situation, and nothing in it guarantees a result.
The course runs on MoodleCloud, so Moodle's own policies also apply to your use of the platform. You are asked to accept them when you create an account.
Some activities are shared with other learners. When you post:
We may remove a post or close an account that ignores this. We would much rather email you first, and usually will.
You keep ownership of everything you post or submit. By posting it, you give us permission to display it within the course where that is its purpose — a discussion post is visible to other learners; a written exercise is visible only to you and to us.
We read submitted exercises, because they are often the most interesting thing anybody sends us. We will not publish yours, quote it publicly, or share it with anyone else without asking you first.
The course content — text, images, activities, structure and design — belongs to ShalBegin Services. You are welcome to use it for your own learning and to apply what you learn in your own work. Please do not republish it, sell it, or teach it as your own material.
If you would like to use any of it with your team, ask us. The answer is usually yes.
Completing the course earns a Scaflo badge, which you may display wherever you like. It records that you finished the course. It is not an accredited qualification and is not awarded by any examining body — we would rather say so plainly than let anyone assume otherwise.
The course links to articles and videos we did not make and do not control. We include them because they are worth your time, not because we endorse everything else on those sites.
We aim to keep the course available and working, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may update, restructure or withdraw a course, and we may change these terms. If we change something that materially affects you, we will say so.
The course is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, including business decisions you take on the strength of what you learn here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
